Return Policy

We want you to be happy with and excited about your order, and if there are issues we are here to help. Please review our order cancellation and return policy below: 


Order cancellations:

We understand there are times when you would need or like to cancel your order. Please reach out to our team at hello@pagesandplaylist.com to request an order cancellation, and note the timeline below:

If you have ordered an upcoming box, please contact us by the last day of the month prior to that box shipping. (For example, if you want to cancel an order for the August box, please contact us by July 31.)

If you are a current subscriber and want to cancel your order once it’s processed on the 1st of the month, please contact us by the 5th of that same month. (For example, if you want to cancel your order that recurred on August 1, please contact us by August 5.)

If you have ordered a past box and would like to cancel your order, please contact us within one week of ordering.

All order cancellations and refunds will be processed when we respond to your request and you can expect funds returned to your bank account in accordance to your bank’s policy and no later than 10 business days. However, this is usually sooner.

We cannot cancel any order that has already been shipped.


Returns:

We’re very sorry if you receive your book box and there is an issue. We don’t accept returns once your book box has shipped. 

If your book box or box items arrive damaged, please reach out to our team at hello@pagesandplaylist.com and we can make it right by either resending a new box (if there are extras), replace your item (if there are extras) or refund your order. 

Refunds will be processed when we respond to your request and you can expect funds returned to your bank account in accordance to your bank’s policy and no later than 10 business days. However, this is usually sooner.
