Order Cancelations

We understand there are times when you would need or like to cancel your order.

Embroidered sweatshirts and embroidered hat orders cannot be canceled. If you are unhappy once you receive your item, you can request a return atĀ hello@pagesandplaylist.com.

For all other items, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders placed more than 24 hours cannot be canceled.Ā 


Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your order! If it arrives damaged or defective please reach out to us at hello@pagesandplaylist.com and we will work on replacing it as quickly as possible.

While we do not offer direct size exchanges, you can request a return of your item once you receive it and reorder it in the new size.

If you are unhappy when you receive your items, you can reach out to us at hello@pagesandplaylist.com to request a return within 30 days of receiving your package. Returns must be unworn and unused, in original packaging.

The customer is responsible for return shipping postage, and we must receive your return within 30 days of your initial return request.


Refunds

Refunds will be processed when we receive your return or respond to your order cancellation request (if no return),Ā and you can expect funds returned to your bank account in accordance to your bank’s policy and no later than 10 business days. However, this is usually sooner.
